Good news for anyone who cares about cruelty-free beauty: animal testing is prohibited for cosmetics made in the EU — and the Czech brand Ryor stands firmly behind that.
So how are Ryor products tested? Finished products are tested only on human volunteers. Individual ingredients are tested by suppliers in test tubes and on artificial tissues, as well as on volunteers chosen according to what the tested substance is meant to do. No animals involved — at any stage.
