Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Are your products genuine?

All our products are genuine from manufacturers or certified suppliers. We do not sell used or fake products.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all credit cards or PayPal. We do not use Cash on Delivery.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders processed in Europe will take 3-6 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. You can also choose DHL Express for expedited delivery in 2-3 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major national carriers as USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Deutsche Post and other. For expedited delivery we use DHL Worldwide Express. In Europe, we use fast local courier partners as DPD, local DHL or GLS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
