All orders ship from our own warehouse in Ostrava, Czech Republic (EU). You choose the carrier at checkout. The exact shipping price for your order is shown at checkout in your local currency. It depends on the destination and the total weight of your order.

Processing: orders placed by 06:00 CET usually ship the same day, otherwise within 2 business days.

Tracking: all services except economy / untracked letter post include tracking. The tracking link is emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Prices below are “from” prices for the lightest parcel. They increase with weight. One combined order is usually cheaper than several separate ones.

Pickup points, lockers and UPS Access Points
If you choose a pickup point, parcel locker or UPS Access Point option, you select the exact location after payment: a map appears on the order confirmation page. If you skip it, we send you an email with a link and the nearest pickup points. Please select your point as soon as possible – we can only ship once it is chosen.

UPS Access Point (UPS shops and lockers): Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Mexico, Ireland and Luxembourg. Same price as UPS home delivery.

Germany: DHL Packstation / Paketshop, Hermes Paketshop.

Austria: Post pickup points and Packstations.

France: Mondial Relay and Colissimo relay points.

Denmark, Finland, Sweden: local pickup points (e.g. PostNord) and UPS Access Points.

Other EU countries with a pickup option: Packeta (Zásilkovna) partner network – lockers and pickup points of local carriers.
The parcel is kept at the pickup point for a limited time (usually 7–14 days, depending on the carrier). You will be notified by the carrier when it is ready for collection.
Duties and taxes

EU: prices include VAT. No customs duties apply.

Outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia): import duties, taxes and the carrier’s customs clearance fee are not included and are paid by the recipient (DAP). The carrier may ask for payment before delivery.
- If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, the carrier returns it to us or destroys it. The cost of the return (or destruction) is paid by the customer and deducted from any refund; outside the EU we also deduct the original shipping cost. Customers in the EU who withdraw from the contract within 14 days keep their statutory rights: we refund the price including standard shipping, minus the cost of returning the parcel.
Addresses and delivery attempts
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. PO boxes can only be used with postal services.
- Please enter a complete address and a phone number – carriers use it to contact you. Redelivery or address changes after dispatch may be charged by the carrier.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel seems delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery attempt (keep the packaging and take photos). We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days in original condition. International return postage is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Refund policy page.
