Warehouse & General Information

All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Ostrava, Czech Republic (Maďarská 1454/6, 70800 Ostrava).
Every parcel is tracked, and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
The prices below are indicative “from” rates and increase with parcel weight tiers.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 06:00 CET usually ship the same day or within 2 business days.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties & Taxes

  • EU customers: VAT is included where applicable.

  • Non-EU customers (incl. UK/US/CA/CH/NO): Local duties or taxes are not included and may be collected by the carrier upon import.

Addresses, PO Boxes & Delivery Attempts

We don’t ship to APO/FPO.
PO Boxes may be limited to postal or registered services.
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — redelivery or address changes after dispatch may incur a carrier fee.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All shipments are tracked.
If your parcel seems delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Returns (Summary)

You may return items within 30 days in original condition.
International return postage is paid by the customer.

How Shipping Prices Are Calculated

At checkout, we display the lowest available rate for your country or region.
The amount increases with weight tiers (e.g. 0–0.25 kg, 0.25–0.5 kg, 0.5–1 kg, etc.).
Combining multiple items into one order is usually more cost-effective than separate shipments.
