Waterproof Automatic Eye Pencil

The creamy, waterproof and long-lasting texture lasts on the eyes for up to 16 hours. 16H Matic Eyeliner is easy to apply, literally glides on the eyelid and leaves an immediate effect. The pencil is suitable for applying a line inside the eye, the so-called WATER LINE = by applying a lower, inner line for optical magnification and brightening of the eyes; ideal for smaller or tired eyes. After application, the texture remains soft and creamy for about 40 seconds, then dries and lasts for up to 16 hours without smearing and fading. Thanks to its stability, it can withstand even extremely high temperatures of up to 40 ° C.
