A 6 mm thick glass slab with two working sides: the coarse side takes down hard skin and cracked heels, the fine side smooths and finishes. Because glass is non-porous it rinses clean under running water and cannot harbour bacteria the way a pumice stone does, and unlike metal graters it removes callus gradually instead of shaving it off.
