Wedding Makeup with Dermacol – Long-Lasting, Flawless, and Elegant

No wonder every bride shines on her wedding day! The entire day is about her and her love story — and her makeup plays a big part in making her feel beautiful and confident. Many of you asked for our tips on wedding make-up, so here’s my personal experience and a step-by-step guide to achieving the perfect bridal look with Dermacol.

My skin tends to be dry and acne-prone, so I’m quite selective about what I use. For everyday wear, I love the Caviar Foundation, but for my wedding day, I wanted something long-lasting, high coverage, and flawless. Here’s exactly what we used.

✨ Step 1: Primer – A Smooth, Lasting Base

My make-up artist began with Dermacol Satin Base. It perfectly smoothed my skin, filled fine lines, and created the ideal canvas for foundation. This hydrating primer also ensures makeup stays fresh all day long — crucial for a wedding that lasts from morning to midnight!

✨ Step 2: Corrector – Hide Imperfections

To conceal dark circles and blemishes, she used Matt Control Corrector in shade No.2. It blends beautifully and brightens the under-eye area without creasing.

✨ Step 3: Foundation – Flawless and Photogenic

The star of the day was the legendary Dermacol Make-up Cover in shade No.207. This foundation gives professional-level coverage and a smooth finish that photographs perfectly. Tip: apply it with a brush for the best blending result — using your fingers or sponge can make it harder to spread evenly.

✨ Step 4: Powder and Blush – Set and Define

To set the base, we used Invisible Fixing Powder in light. It kept my skin matte but natural. Then we added a soft pop of color with Duo Blusher No.3. Blush gives the face a healthy glow — especially under wedding lights and in photos!

✨ Step 5: Eyebrows – Frame Your Face

Eyebrows make a huge difference. We shaped and filled mine using Soft Eyebrow Pencil in brown. It’s easy to use, precise, and blends naturally. We’ll soon publish a separate post about achieving the perfect brow shape — stay tuned!

✨ Step 6: Eyes – Soft Autumn Glam

Since our wedding took place in autumn and I have brown eyes, we went with warm, earthy tones. My favorite palette is Dermacol Color Sensation Bonbon No.VII — the colors blend beautifully and last for hours.

To finish the eyes, we added Mega Lashes Mascara for dramatic volume and the Matt Black Eye Pencil to define my lash line.

For lips, my make-up artist outlined them with Long Lasting Lipliner No.4 and filled them in with my favorite Dermacol 16h Lip Colour in shade No.12. This combination lasted flawlessly through smiles, kisses, food, and champagne — without a single retouch!

💄 The Final Look & Lasting Impression

The whole look took about 30 minutes to create — and it lasted from 8 a.m. until 4 a.m. the next morning. Despite hugging guests, eating, and dancing all night, my makeup didn’t move at all. It felt light, comfortable, and camera-ready every moment.
