International shipping notice for non-EU customers – effective January 1, 2026
As of January 1, 2026, Czech Post will no longer allow goods to be shipped via registered RR mail. This change applies specifically to small standard shipments up to 2 kg and does not affect express shipping services (such as DHL or FedEx).
For Fabledlook customers, this change means a smooth transition with no disruption.
We have secured a new international shipping method that:
- keeps the same pricing as the former RR service
- delivers reliably, as before
- is temporarily without online tracking
If a shipment is delayed or does not arrive:
- contact us
- we investigate
- we resend the order or issue a refund
According to current information, tracking is expected to return by Q1 2026.
